Nikki was always one to go against the grain... Until she became a mom and started letting outside judgements shape her life.
She started 2KEO as an attempt to "find" herself and her purpose. After crafting Bath & Beauty products for several years, Nikki realized that a very important part of her evolvement was in implementing mental / emotional self care in addition to the obvious routines. Her consistancy with journaling is truly what helped her rediscover who she has always been.
Following the Moon Cycles is what kept her persistant with journaling. She knew others who felt lost and struggle with consistancy could benefit from this outline.
Nikki compiled years and years worth of her journaling and began piecing them together to create easy to use, inspiring prompts with a system that motivates you to stick to it. Then, she combined it with physical self care products to enhance the experience.
